Jim Rearick

I have always been interested in music and the Bible since elementary school. I lived and still do pretty far out in the country in Western Pa. In the early sixties a neighbor came back from the service with a wife from Boston. she had studied piano under a college professor and began to offer the local kids lessons. I went on to play some classical music and learn chords and scales. My oldest brother Bill played and offered a lot of helpful advice. I became a committed Christian at 15. In college I joined local groups that had coffee houses on the weekends. Having these people to hang out with was a great help. After I got married and had my family almost raised, it seemed there were a few groups like this around the area and I was able to go out and play in them. Since retirement it has been my desire to offer concerts and recapture some of the same feel. No group is too small, about all of my material is original, and I am completely self contained. Meaning I need no audio equipment. just hoping to offer some entertainment with some spiritual reasoning thrown in.
